Customer Privacy Policy

This Customer Privacy Policy of Table Investments and its family of companies (together, the “Company”) covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by the Company anytime you interact with the Company, such as when you make application for, or engage the use of our services, visit our website or call our personnel. We collect certain of your personal information because it is necessary or helps facilitate the services for which you have engaged our company or deliver a superior level of products or service.  Please take a moment to carefully read the following to learn more about our information practices, including what type of information is gathered, how the information is used and for what purposes, to whom we disclose the information, and how we safeguard your personal information. Your privacy is a priority at the Company.

Information The Company Collects

There are a number of situations in which your personal information may be necessary for us to serve you.  For example, in any real estate transaction, certain personally identifiable information, financial or banking information, or credit reports may be necessary to facilitate the transaction.  When you interact or engage the services of the Company, we may collect personal information relevant to the situation, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, or other personally information.  Additionally, in certain circumstances, we may require that you provide banking or account information, tax returns, financial information, credit card information or reports or your social security number. We may also facilitate the transfer of this information to authorized third parties, such as realtors, property owners or managers, lenders, mortgage brokers, contractors, or agents for title, closing and escrow.  We may also on occasion collect information for market research purposes — such as your occupation and income level —to gain a better understanding of our customers and thus provide more valuable service. We may collect information regarding customer activities on our web sites or those which are collected on affiliates websites and submitted to us, such as applications. This helps us in the provision of services to you.  We may use personal information to provide products that you have requested as well as for auditing, legal compliance, research, and analysis.

Disclosure of Customer Information

The Company takes your privacy very seriously. However, to assist us in the tasks for which you have engaged us, or to help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with various entities specific to your situation.  These include, but are not limited to, sharing of non-personal public information to financial institutions, lenders, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, realtors, brokers, agents for title, closing or escrow, credit agencies, lenders, management companies, or property owners.    The Company may provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for services.

There also may be times when it may be advantageous for the Company or yourself to make certain personal information about you available to companies that the Company has a strategic relationship with or that perform work for the Company to provide products and services to you on our behalf.  These companies may help us process information, extend credit, facilitate transactions, manage your data, provide additional services related to those provided to the Company, or similar activities. Without such information being made available, it would be difficult to provide the services you have requested from the Company.  By retaining and utilizing our services, you hereby understand and consent to the sharing of this information.

We will encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your nonpublic personal information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide nonpublic personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose nonpublic personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
